82 posts · Joined 2016. #6 · Apr 19, 2017. I drive in track mode quite a bit. I'm used to having cars with stiff suspensions so I don't mind. I do usually put the transmission in drive instead of sport though. It never goes to the 8th speed while in Track with Sport mode. Reply Quote.

I happened to stumble upon an SRT forum on the jeep---garage site which featured several threads with the SRT engineers from 2012, when our vehicles were first being released.

Our 6.1 Hemis idle a little rough compared to most engines. The idle also varies a bit in RPM especially when cold but 200-300 RPM variation we do not get, maybe 100 RPM at most. 2015 Challenger Hellcat - delivered to dealer 10/8/15, 395 days after order :thefinger: 2010 GC SRT8. 2009 Challenger SRT8 - gone! GC GEEZER. Don't know how true it is but I have been told and read in several articles on fuel differences that one added advantage using the premium gas is it contains more cleaning additives than the regular.
