I just want to say that making a dry curacao is dead easy. I know it's not for everybody, but get some 180P neutral spirits. Add a bunch of orange zest. Wait a couple of days. Mix with sugar and water. It will likely louch (go cloudy). Wait a few more days for the oils to consolidate, then put in the fridge to thicken a bit. Curaçao is the biggest of all of them, so there’s more to do than on the other islands. Both in terms of nature and nightlife. It’s more Dutch focused than Aruba, but more American focused than Bonaire. Willemstad is an actual city so there’s more culture than on the other islands and there’s beautiful architecture.
